During the busiest time of year, BNSF employees across our network stepped up to support the communities they call home. One standout effort came from our team in Vancouver, Washington.
Employees from the terminal, mechanical shops, and engineering departments came together to fill six large barrels with toys. Thanks to their generosity, the donations were delivered to several local non-profits, helping brighten the holidays for families throughout the area.
The City of Vancouver shared that this was one of their largest single-location collections this season—a testament to the heart and dedication of our local team.
Across the network, BNSF employees also partnered with organizations like Toys for Tots, Wreaths Across America, Boys & Girls Clubs, The Salvation Army, and local law enforcement agencies. From helping kids shop for gifts to supporting veterans’ ceremonies, our teams found meaningful ways to give back while keeping freight moving.
